Process

Order Taker Program
Complete and sign the Participation Agreement Form and return via email or fax to Ultimate Fundraising USA.
Group should run their fundraiser for a period of 2 weeks
Fundraising Coordinator collects all orders and tallies them up. The coordinator then completes the master order form indicating the address where they would like the order delivered to on the top part of the form. This form is emailed or faxed to Ultimate Fundraising USA.
Payment accepted via ACH or a check issued by the school or program. ACH Direct Deposit is advised to avoid delivery delays.
The groups order will be shipped out at the most suitable planting time for your area or the group can request a shipping date.
Each package or item will be clearly marked with the product name and item number. Your members can compile and distribute each individual order with delivery bags provided along with a copy of the planting instructions.
Free shipping for order of 200 units or more. $50 shipping fee for orders less than 200 units.
